Order Status & Tracking
Order Confirmation
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
The first confirms that your order has been received; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after the order has been placed.
The second confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account.
Order Tracking
There are two ways you can track your packages:
By your shipping confirmation email
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number in the shipment notification email.
By clicking on order status in your account
You can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided in Order Details in your account.
If your order appears late, remember: credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).
Change In Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.
